SID Bank offers municipalities long-term financing of investments in local public infrastructure and local measures for efficient energy use and housing for vulnerable groups, such as construction of schools, kindergartens, sewers, roads and other infrastructure projects. Also eligible for financing are investments related to environmental protection measures, investments related to energy efficiency measures (energy rehabilitation of municipal buildings, lighting etc.) and investments in non-profit rental housing.
Municipalities and public sector companies can be granted favorable long-term loans for urban development projects and comprehensive energy renovation of public buildings (financing also eligible for ESCO companies) based on European cohesion policy funds within the framework of Fund of Funds managed by SID bank.
